The Cheap Petrol Project Run Down
If you haven’t heard of the cheap petrol project yet, well maybe you should have.
With the rising cost of petrol everywhere, and the pinch on people’s wallets getting worse, it is great to see some people that are trying to help out the average New Zealander.
The idea behind the cheap petrol project is that they get a bunch of people to register on the website, to make it one huge collective, with a lot of buying power behind them, they then approach the oil company’s to see who can give the best discount with the least cost, and everyone who has signed up gets a discount card they can use anytime to get cheaper fuel.
Sounds like a great plan.
First they need to get to 10,000 people registered, as I write this they have 8803 registered people, and are hoping to get up to 50, 000 by the end of the year.
